1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Wondawin platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Wondawin platform immediately. Continued use following any announced amendments will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for wondawin membership and to use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a country or territory that absolutely prohibits online gambling under local law.
• Never having had an account closed by wondawin previously due to a policy violation.
• Not acting as an agent or representative of a third party when using this platform.

Wondawin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe will result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

When registering a wondawin account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full legal name, date of birth, active email address, mobile number, and valid Malaysian bank account details.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Owning multiple accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and considered fraud. wondawin uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• Do not share your account with anyone — including family members.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) process will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, a recent bank statement, or proof of address. This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wondawin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and rules stated alongside each promotion. In general, the following principles apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• Unjustified chargeback requests made by players.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you after all required security checks have been completed.

9 Limitation of Liability
